Sawdoctor, guitarist and songwriter Leo Moran joins me on the podcast today. He has been writing, recording and performing with The Sawdoctors since the late 1980s. We look back at the early days of the band, and some of the stories behind their debut album, 'If This Is Rock and Roll, I Want My Old Job Back'. Leo also talks about his current collaborations in song and story with the great Tuam artist, Padraig Stevens.

Shannon Rubicam and George Merrill have been making music and writing songs together since the early 1980s. As Boy Meets Girl they have released four albums, a new EP and have scored a massive international hit with the inimitable, 'Waiting For A Star To Fall'. As songwriters, they have written number one songs for Whitney Houston, 'How Will I Know' and 'I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me)', as well as collaborations with other many other artists.
